| We have a range of motivational exercise classes which are led by our experienced fitness professionals, all in the comfort of a fully air conditioned, sprung floor studio. These include Body Conditioning, Circuit Training, Pilates, Step and Yoga but please see our timetable for the full list of classes available with a brief description of each class. This helps you to choose which class will benefit you and which ones you will enjoy the most. |
