Get the most from your WORKOUT!

The following points will enable you to get the best from your exercise workouts:
Wear clothing that is comfortable and either aerobic or cross-training shoes.
Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration.
Only attend classes suited to your fitness level and experience. Any of our instructors will be happy to offer you advice as to which class is best for you.
Try to arrive on time, as the warm-up phase of all the classes is critical.
As class numbers are limited, you are required to sign-in at reception prior to starting the class.
Always inform the instructor if you are new to the type of class or have any health problems.
Maintain a well-balanced and structured programme, which includes cardiovascular, body toning and flexibility work.
Finally, train regularly but avoid over training and daily repetitive training. Training more than once a day or attending successive classes could lead to impaired results and possible injury.
